Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Groups
For Adults and Young People
.
The Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Groups were founded by Patrick Regan OBE, and are a safe and supportive space for people:
- who feel or have felt overwhelmed.
- providing tools for self management.
- in a facilitated peer mentoring style setting.
They enable us all to explore the topics of honesty, anxiety, depression, shame, anger, disappointment, loss, perfectionism, forgiveness, self-acceptance and resilience.
Each session covers big topics but with the aim that everyone leaves the session feeling more positive than when they arrived.
