Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Groups
For Adults and Young People
The Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Groups were founded by Patrick Regan OBE, and are a safe and supportive space for people:
- who feel or have felt overwhelmed.
- providing tools for self management.
- in a facilitated peer mentoring style setting.
They enable us all to explore the topics of honesty, anxiety, depression, shame, anger, disappointment, loss, perfectionism, forgiveness, self-acceptance and resilience.
Each session covers big topics but with the aim that everyone leaves the session feeling more positive than when they arrived.
To book a place on an upcoming course, either for young people, or adults, or for more information about our Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Groups, please contact us, or visit Kintsugi Hope’s website for more information about the organisation.
‘There has never been a better time, or a greater need for hope and for supporting one another …. I can’t wait to see what impact (Kintsugi Hope) will have on those of us who have faced battles with our emotional and mental health’ Nina Houssain Broadcaster and Journalist ITN
