‘Parentalk – the teenage years’ is all about helping parents to do the best job they can as they navigate these years with their teenager, providing opportunities to share experiences, learn form each other and explore essential parenting principles.

Parentalk – the teenage years is suitable for parents from all different backgrounds and family structure, these sessions will explore:

-How to understand your teenager

-The keys to staying connected

-Identity

-Communication and conflict

-Surviving big pressures, making good choices

-How to let go in a healthy way
